Contingency Recruitment:

This is the most common form of recruitment on a no placement no fee basis.

Headhunting - Retained

This service is offered to clients who may be struggling to fill a position or a client who would rather directly target candidates who are not currently on the market place. By retaining us you have full control of the Target lists and candidates and you will also own the candidates until the position is filled.

Headhunting - Non Retained

We will Head hunt for you without being retained but would require an exclusivity period.

Managed Agent RPO:

You may have a large amount of roles you are about to recruit for and need an extra pair of hands to help with your recruitment process which might be interviewing, Testing, managing current suppliers or getting your costs down! This is another solution we can work with you on based on your needs.
